Day 7d - Back in Jerusalem (Golgotha and the Garden Tomb)

At 4:00 PM we met up with the tour for the Garden Tomb.
Simply put, people are not 100% certain where the empty tomb is.
This is one of those options.

The first piece of evidence needed was the location of Golgotha (a.k.a. the place of a Skull)
So, this is a picture of what to look for:

Here is what the actually place looks like...

We sang "Because He Lives", and then we had a short lecture before seeing the tomb itself.

The Garden Tomb is actually just to the right (and below) of this picture

Dr. Moskala given a sermon on the Empty Tomb

Another shot

Not entirely sure what this symbol is...

Sign on the inside of the Empty Tomb
And there you have it. It's an Empty Tomb...
At least there was no souvenir shop inside :)

Here are some scenes from the city of Jerusalem itself

...and with that our stay in Jerusalem was over.

From here we left for Tel-Aviv
Next Stop: Ankara, Turkey :)
